XD Yup, as the title says, here is the FAQ:
... Alright, what's the point of this site?
Cheveyo is a forum where us, being a group of fans, discuss some of the greatest cartoons/anime/manga that have ever aired on television. (The main being Teen Titans) We're not all that exciting or great, yet, but with more dedicated/active, talented, nice & intelligent members, I'm sure the site will eventually turn into a great and generally peaceful community to hang around in.
*Posts in a certain board* I HATE THIS SHOW, IT SUX!!!!!111
... Right, so, why are you looking in it's board then...? Enjoy your warning.
Heh, this site sucks...
Then why are you a member at this site? Leave if you really feel that way about it.
Okay, so how can I help the site?
If you like the website, we'd appreciate it if you can introduce us to, what you think, could possibly be the greatest animated show in the history of the world so we can study that very show and decide whether it's worthy of it's own board or not. We'd also like a few more active and fair moderators for certain boards, and perhaps even a suggestion or two. Just posting a single well-thought-out post helps the community grow.
Can I join the staff?
I'm the person you ask, in this case. PM me concerning this, (Don't post publicly!) and I will assess you on the following:
*You are willing to give up fractions of your time to check over the boards you are assigned to moderate.
*You can use standard English while posting. (By this I mean STANDARD ENGLISH. Confused? Well, look at the way I type...)
*You are intelligent enough to know how to be fair and when is the best time to step in and moderate. (I will test you on this, be warned)
*You are not going to use your mod powers to your advantage.
*That you have the right personality. (By this, I mean that your attitude doesn't smell like rotten cheese)
*That you are definitely certain with what you are getting yourself into. (Nobody said it was easy. Being a moderator isn't going to be very easy at times. Sure, it comes with it's own rewards, but it also comes with many responsibilities that you must uphold in order to keep your power)
*You must choose to receive forum emails and must reply telling me that you've received the email everytime I distribute them.
Moderators can step down anytime they wish. So if you feel like moderating doesn't work out for you, you can just PM me, ask to step down and state you reasons, and I'll respect your decision and grant your request.
Can I take content from Cheveyo without asking permission?
No... Stinkin'... Way.
All of the stuff at this site is self-created either by myself, or by others. If you want to use anything, please email or PM me. If permission is granted, please clearly credit everything you use to Cheveyo. The wait will not be long, I assure you. It won't even take you a minute to ask me to borrow content. I will get back to you in less than a few hours-one day. (Depending on my status)
Somebody stole the site's stuff! What should I do to help!?
If anybody spots material that has been stolen from Cheveyo being used by anyone (Even if they have not claimed it as their own property) without credits and copyrights, please PM me. And thanks! This also helps the site. ^^
OMG, why can't I right click!?
I have disabled right click as of from this moment to prevent site theft. If you wish to paste links/information and copy text, simply go to Edit (At the top of the screen, somewhere above the tool-bar and symbols), and you should find Copy and Paste there. ^^
omg, teh rulez! so, wat yu shp!?
... No... Go take those kinds of conversations to MSN, please...
